10. Refunds and Consumer Guarantees
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded.
Where Australian Consumer Law applies, our goods and services may come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You may be entitled to remedies if a product or service fails to meet those guarantees.
Subject to your non-excludable rights:
digital products may not be refundable once accessed, downloaded, streamed, or delivered;
paid membership fees may not be refundable for change of mind;
event tickets may be subject to specific refund or transfer conditions;
merchandise returns may require proof of purchase and must comply with any return instructions we provide; and
we are not required to provide refunds where you change your mind, misuse a product, fail to use a service, forget to cancel a subscription, or lose access due to breach of these Terms.

11. Sponsorships, Advertising, Affiliate Links, and Commercial Relationships

14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drover Podcast, Drover Productions Pty Ltd, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, hosts, producers, editors, guests, contributors, sponsors, and related parties are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss or damage, including loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, data, goodwill, reputation, or business interruption.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to Drover Podcast is limited to the greater of:
the amount you paid us for the relevant product or service giving rise to the claim; or
AUD $100.
